Delivery & Returns

Collection pieces are produced within 3–6 weeks of order confirmation and delivered carefully packaged. For made-to-measure Markhora wardrobes, the timeline is shared after the site survey.

Our team contacts you before delivery to schedule a suitable day and time.

For large pieces and all Markhora systems, installation is carried out by our team and included in the price.

For in-stock items you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, provided the item is unused and resalable.

Custom-made items produced to your dimensions, material or colour choices (including Markhora wardrobes) are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Turkish law.

Please inspect your package on delivery. For transport damage, contact us within 48 hours; your item will be repaired or replaced.
