Products and prices
Product characteristics and prices are as stated on the product page; VAT is included. In natural stone and solid wood, variations in veining, tone and texture are inherent to the material and do not constitute a defect.
Payment
Payment is collected via the secure methods offered at checkout. Until online payment goes live, orders are recorded and payment is arranged during our confirmation call.
Delivery
Production and delivery times are stated on the Delivery & Returns page. You will be informed of any force-majeure delays.
Right of withdrawal
In-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery; custom-made items are exempt (see Delivery & Returns).
Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set by law.
